Trachanas wheat sweet

The sweet wheat trachanas is made from peeled durum wheat, finely ground in a stone mill, which is boiled in fresh cow's milk, sifted and dried in natural conditions, retaining all its nutrients and its unique taste. Wheat trachanas, in addition to soup, is ideal for trachanoto or for a lazy pie with cheese and eggs. A handful of wheat trachana in tourlou, turns it into a complete and delicious meal. Along with rice, stuffed tomatoes and peppers, this classic summer dish takes off. It is also an excellent filling in vegetable pies and poultry, giving a uniform body and greater flavor intensity to the filling.
